  • Alice grew up in the English Countryside, playing games of hide and seek with her brothers, and daydreaming of her own wedding in the rose-scented gardens of Britain's historic homes. Spending sunburnt summers on the rocky beaches of Portugal led to a healthy fascination with water, boats and immersing herself in nature, whenever possible. Her enthusiasm for wanderlust only heightened when studying anthropology at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Ten years in the floral design business gave way to a zealous captivation with event planning, baking, and hosting elaborate dinner parties with her imaginative and artistic group of friends. Alice joined the Jesse Tombs team in 2020, full of positive and optimistic energy, and a playlist of the best music, whatever the situation at hand.

  • Chelsea studied communications and global politics at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, before moving to San Francisco to work at a Bay Area startup. Originally appointed as the office coordinator, she eventually worked her way up, helping to establish and assemble the internal events team from it’s foundation; managing all event vendor relationships, presiding over operations for all events, and supporting the entire communications team. With offices in Oakland, Charlotte, Los Angeles and London, Chelsea oversaw events for the company globally. After a decade long contribution to the growth of the company, from 50 employees to over fourteen-hundred, she was excited to explore a more intimate and individualized approach to event planning. When Chelsea is not updating client’s budgets, or coordinating staff travel for our team, she's basking in the sun with her husband, and favorite four legged friend Gus, or at a San Francisco sporting event, gabbing about all things Bravo TV.

  • Morgan studied hospitality and events management at California State University, Chico. Upon graduating in 2017, Morgan interned under Jesse for a full summer wedding season, giving her a unique opportunity and early introduction to the elusive world of luxury destination weddings and events. Morgan has spent the past 5 years as an event manager at a global event planning agency producing events for fortune 500 companies; ranging from 6,000-person technology conferences, to intimate experiences for some of the Bay Area's most influential business leaders. When Morgan isn't jet setting for a client's project, she's globetrotting with friends, always in pursuit of the best new restaurant in town.

  • Growing up in West Marin, Ali loved exploring the hills of Mill Valley, teaming with oaks, and playing amongst tide pools along the fog blanketed coastline hamlet of Bolinas. She spent summers in England, harvesting vegetables in her grandparents' garden. On sunny days, they'd pack-up and camp in Cornwall with her cousins. Eventually landing at a prominent floral and event design production house in New York City, where she was a Senior Account Executive, Ali lead floral design projects and campaigns for numerous luxury brands and high profile clients from conception to execution. She then worked as a Production Manager for a sought after San Francisco event planning firm, before being recruited to join the events department for a busy boutique design hotel on Harbor Island, in The Bahamas. Ali now lives with her family and pup, Zanmi in Fairfax California, where they love to explore nature, and go to the beach as often as possible.
